. . . .

The evening will consist of meditation and a conversation between Sharon Salzberg and Dr. Joe Loizzo about Sharon’s life-long practice and teachings of loving-kindness. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers with our community.

We know that cultivating mindful love and compassion is a powerful way to connect deeply with people of all kinds and to positively impact the world. Sharon reminds us that our higher aspiration and efforts to be a force for good must also be grounded in a simple, practical way of being with the constantly shifting, moment-to-moment ups and downs of our own minds, hearts, bodies, and everyday lives.

Please join Sharon, Joe, and our community as we gather to awaken the spirit of loving-kindness in our own hearts and minds, so we can support one another in bringing equanimity and care to the moments that make up our day-to-day lives.

This event is freely offered. If you feel called to support our work and are able, we welcome your tax-deductible contribution to support our efforts. Donations accepted here
